1. Who provides the service

Page Change is operated and provided by Active Life Hub LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the website, the API and any monitor you create, whether you act yourself or through an automated agent. If an agent acts for you, you are responsible for its use of the service. By creating a monitor or paying for checks you accept these terms.

2. What the service does

Page Change retrieves a public web page you specify, records a baseline of the part you asked us to watch, and re-checks that page on a schedule to report changes as structured events. It is a narrow monitoring tool: it does not crawl sites, log in, solve captchas, render JavaScript or bypass access controls, and it is not a source of truth about the content of any page.

3. Funded checks, not an open-ended subscription

• Each monitor is prepaid for a fixed number of checks within a limited monitoring window.
• Checks happen only while the monitor is funded and active. Monitoring pauses or ends automatically when the funded checks are used up, the window expires, your condition is met (when stop-on-trigger applies), the page fails repeatedly, or you cancel. We do not continue monitoring beyond what you paid for, and we do not charge you automatically for more.
• A check is consumed when it runs, including when the page cannot be retrieved at that time.
• You can add checks to an existing monitor with a new payment.

4. Timing is approximate

Checks are scheduled at the frequency you choose (for example every 12 hours) but are not guaranteed to run at an exact second or minute. Delays can occur because of infrastructure, queues, retries or third-party outages.

5. Third-party pages and missed changes

Monitored pages belong to third parties who may change, move, restructure, rate-limit, block or remove them at any time. Page Change compares the target it can extract at each check. A change can be missed — for example if it appears and disappears between checks, if the page is unavailable, if content requires JavaScript or a login, if the page structure changes, or if our extraction misreads the page. We do not guarantee that every change will be detected, that every reported change is correct, or that the information on a monitored page is accurate. Verify important information at the source before relying on it. Events include the original page evidence so you can do so.

6. Payments

• Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in USDC on the Base network through the x402 protocol. Payment is settled only after the baseline for a new monitor succeeds; if the baseline fails, the authorization is not settled.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Network fees, wallet behavior and the value of digital assets are outside our control. You are responsible for the wallet and address you use.
• Refunds: purchased checks are not refunded automatically when you cancel, when a condition is met, or when a monitor ends because a page became unavailable. Unused checks remain on the monitor and can be resumed until it expires. If you were charged because of a clear error on our side (for example a duplicate settlement), contact us and we will review it in good faith.

7. Acceptable use and your responsibility for URLs

You are responsible for the URLs, instructions and webhook destinations you submit and for having the right to monitor them. You must not use Page Change to: monitor pages you are not permitted to access; target private networks or internal systems; harass, stalk or track individuals; collect personal data unlawfully; overload or attack websites; infringe intellectual-property or other rights; or break any law or website terms that apply to you. We may refuse, pause or cancel monitors that we reasonably believe violate these terms, without refund of checks used for abusive activity.

8. Access keys

The Idempotency-Key you send when creating a monitor is its access key. We store only a hash of it and cannot recover it. Anyone holding the key can read and control the monitor. Keep it secret.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may be interrupted for maintenance, outages of our hosting, database, scheduling or payment providers, or other reasons. We may change features, limits and prices for future purchases; checks already paid for keep the price you paid. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Active Life Hub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities (such as a missed price drop or a product that sold out) or lost data, arising from use of or inability to use the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a monitor is limited to the amount you paid for that monitor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Questions about these terms or a payment should be directed to Active Life Hub LLC. When contacting us about a monitor, include the monitor ID and, for payments, the transaction hash — never your access key, private key or recovery phrase.
