Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Page Change is operated by Active Life Hub LLC, which determines how and why the information described below is processed for the service and is responsible for that processing. This policy describes what we actually collect; it does not claim certification under any particular privacy framework.

2. What we process

• Monitor requests: the URL you submit, your "what to watch" instruction, change type, optional selector, field, threshold, text, currency, frequency, number of checks, output language and optional webhook URL.
• Extracted states and evidence: the normalized value we extract from the page (for example a price or an availability label) and short excerpts of original page text used as evidence. We do not store full page snapshots; for whole-page monitors we store the text passages needed for comparison (bounded in size).
• Event history: change events for each monitor (up to the 100 most recent), including before/after evidence and webhook delivery status.
• Access credential: only a SHA-256 hash of your access key (Idempotency-Key). We cannot recover the key.
• Payment metadata: the paying wallet address, amount, network, payment authorization details and settlement transaction hash. Blockchain transactions are public by nature. We never request or store private keys or recovery phrases.
• Operational data: request metadata processed by our hosting provider (such as IP address, user agent and timestamps) in logs, and in-memory, per-instance rate-limit counters keyed by a hash of your IP address. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Monitored pages may themselves contain personal data. The service is intended for public commercial and informational pages; please do not submit pages whose monitoring would be unlawful or intrusive. Page content is treated as data and is never used to identify or profile you.

3. Why we process it

To provide the monitoring you paid for (retrieval, comparison, events and optional webhooks), to process and reconcile payments, to prevent abuse and protect the service (including blocking unsafe URLs), to measure the cost of operating the service, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers (subprocessors)

• Vercel — hosting, serverless functions, durable workflow scheduling and logs.
• Neon — PostgreSQL database for monitors, checks, events and payment records.
• Coinbase Developer Platform — x402 payment verification and settlement.
• The Base blockchain — public settlement of USDC payments.
• Vercel AI Gateway and the model provider it routes to (currently Anthropic) — only when a page is ambiguous: short candidate excerpts from the monitored page and your watch instruction are sent to choose among them. No payment or access-key data is sent.
• Your webhook endpoint, if you provide one — receives your monitor's events.
• The websites you ask us to monitor — receive our retrieval requests (identified as PageChange/1.0).

5. International processing

Our providers operate infrastructure in the United States (our functions and workflow state run in Vercel's iad1 region) and may process data in other countries. Monitored websites and webhook endpoints may be located anywhere.

6. Retention

Monitor records, extracted states and events are kept while the monitor is active and for 30 days after it ends, then deleted. Event history is capped at the 100 most recent events per monitor. Workflow scheduling records are kept by Vercel for its plan-defined retention after a run ends. Hosting logs follow our provider's retention. Payment transactions on the blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted by anyone.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, store only hashes of access keys, keep provider credentials server-side, sign webhooks with per-monitor secrets, validate every URL and redirect to block private, local and cloud-metadata addresses, and treat page content as untrusted data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can cancel a monitor at any time with its access key. To request deletion of a monitor's data before the retention period ends, contact Active Life Hub LLC with the monitor ID and prove control of it (for example by signing with the paying wallet); do not send the access key itself. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, which we will honor as required.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
